IMPORT & EXPORT CODE
Individuals who intend to import and export goods and services in India need to register for the Importer Exporter (IE) Code. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is responsible for issuing the IE Code. The DGFT issues the IE Code within an hour after submitting the application.
IE CODE REGISTRATION
We engage in processing the application for issuance of IE code to clients who wish to import goods/ services into India or export goods/services outside India in a quick and timely manner. The requirements for applying for an IE Code in India are as follows:
- PAN card of proprietor/company.
- Property deed (in case of own property) / rental/ lease agreement of the place of business.
- Latest Electricity bill.
- Cancelled cheque leaf with proprietor/ company name.
- Mobile Number and Email ID of the applicant (Email once used for registration cannot be changed).
- Details of type of service rendered or goods sold.
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in class 2 or class 3 of the proprietor/ partner/ director (Aadhar Authentication is allowed if PAN and Aadhar details match).
- In case of partnership, a copy of the partnership agreement.
- In case of LLP, a certificate of incorporation issued by the ROC

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

- Logo/word/slogan, the logo should be in color.
- Signed TM Form -48. (Power of Attorney)
- ID Proof of the individual/Company.
- Address Proof of the individual/Company.
Partnership/LLP/Company – Small Enterprise or Startup
To be categorised as a small enterprise, the applicant would have to produce the certificate of Udyog Aadhar registration. In such cases the following additional details are required apart from the above mentioned basic details
- MSME Certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed.
- ID Proof of Signatory.
- Address Proof of Signatory.
TRADEMARK RENEWAL
TRADEMARK AMENDMENT
Any changes to the details related to trademark can be made at the time of renewal. In case if any details need to be changed or amended any time in between the trademark can be amended. We undertake amendment of trademark in compliance with the Trademark Act,1999 and Trademark Rules, 2017.
